The app is a personal tracking tool. Predictions, charts, flags and summaries are informational only. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice and are not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on cycle predictions for contraception. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Accounts
- Accounts are invite-only and must be approved before use. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- Only enter data about yourself.
Reminders
Medication reminders depend on your device, calendar and notification settings and may not always arrive. Always follow your prescriber’s instructions.
Availability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change and the service may be unavailable from time to time. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as original lab reports.

You keep ownership of everything you enter. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
